Pelouse Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you receive from Pelouse. Each item we create is made with intention, and we stand by the quality and care that goes into our products. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
Consumable Products (e.g., Graüs and other drinks)
Due to the nature of our botanical beverages and THC-infused products:

All sales of consumables are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened or unopened consumables.
Non-Consumable Products (e.g., Dialect Cards, merchandise)
You may return non-consumable items if:

They arrive damaged, or
-
There was a fulfillment error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
To qualify:

The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

You must contact us within the 14-day return window with photos and a description of the issue.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover return shipping costs.

If you return an item for another reason (not due to damage or error), the cost of return shipping is your responsibility, and the item may not be eligible.
